We are John and Jane Corbin originally form the island
of Guernsey and have lived in Benidorm for the past
five years. During this time we identified the need for
good quality services to those who operate short term
holiday lets in and around the Benidorm and Costa
Blanca area.

We are proud to be able to offer a villa and apartment
care package to ensure that all your holiday lets are
successful. You can rely on us to meet and greet your
clients and assist them in settling into their holiday
home. We offer a thorough cleaning and maintenance
service and will provide welcome packs etc as required.

We understand that it is important for you to know that
your property is kept and remains in prime condition.
We therefore ensure that properties are left as they are
found before you release any deposits paid. We also
take care of your home when it is vacant with regular
security checks as required by you and light
maintenance works too.

We rely on recommendations and do not insist on any
form of contract as we believe our service is second
to none and do not require contracts. You are
therefore free to cease using our services at any time
should you find them lacking in any way. It should be
noted however that we have never lost a client, proof
that we offer the most important aspects of property
services to you,being - Reliability, honesty, integrity
and quality at reasonable rates.

We can offer you references from many satisfied
clients along the Costa Blanca, in fact we would not
even consider working for you unless you had received
references from our current list of satisfied and happy
clients.

requirements for each property but are considered
