Homeowners You have invested a considerable amount of money on your property, and will want it looked after and
kept in good condition, even when you are not there, or have holiday letting guests.
We are set up for looking after villas, houses, apartments etc, in the Benidorm, Finestrat, Villajoyosa and surrounding area’s.
There are a limited number of spaces available as we wish to keep it personal and tailored for individuals needs. Please note
examples of services listed below, they can be annual, monthly or one offs.
Key Holding Only or with a weekly security check, running taps, checking utilities etc, and airing of property, plus
monthly Email or phone call to report all is well
Meet & Greet If you have let your property out, we will meet your clients with the keys and familiarize them with the
property.
Welcome Packs Either for you or guests so as not to have to go out shopping when you first arrive at the property, just
unpack and relax.
Change Overs Includes wash dry and replacing bed linen, general dust/clean and check property for return of deposits,
prices dependant on 1,2,3 Bed etc.
Maintenance Etc Any painting, decorating, fitting/replacing electrical switches, lamps, washing machines etc, or
reasonable d.i.y. household or garden jobs, including looking after plants, cleaning windows etc, to complete spring-clean. If
you have any vehicles at the property we can check and start them up, check levels etc for continued reliability.
