are holidaying during school breaks, summer months or just looking for a quick getaway! The idea is simple, choose
your desired board basis then search for your chosen date and select the " Allocation on arrival offer price" then leave
it to our travel partners at Alpharooms and they will find the best deal for you.
How does it work?
Guests will be contacted no later than 3 days prior to arrival informing you of which accommodation you have been
allocated. All accommodation will be suitable for all types of holiday makers.
Location
You will be offered accommodation in one of the areas of the resort which will be either the Levante, Poniente or
Benidorm Centro (old town) area. Most allocation on arrival is usually in the Levante area but could be in any part of
the resort. However as Benidorm is so compact you will never be much more than a 15 minute stroll from the action
and the fantastic beaches.

Within the limited budget we had allowed, the apartments were excellent value for money. Well appointed with
Fridge, toaster, seperate mini grill/oven, and no fewer than a four ring gas hob. The rooms were large, airy and clean,
with a seperate laundry room, complete with washing machine, and a balcony to die for. Location was in a quieter area,
though only five minutes from the action, and with a Supermarket virtually on the doorstep. The hill leading to the
apartment may prove difficult to the infirm, but was fine to us sprightly pair, both in our sixties.
I have just spent a week at the Loixmar Apartments with my 2 daughters aged 16 years and 18 months. I found
the apartments a bit basic but clean which was more important. The apartments are very central for all the local bars
and shops and we heard no noise from anywhere on a night which was also a plus. It was useful to have a washing
machine so have not brought a load of washing home with me, overall a very pleasant stay there and I would definitely
use them again.
The entrance and lifts are modern bright and spotless, the interior is excellent with everything to a very 'high'
standard. The rooms are spacious with a modern kitchen, washer & microwave. The furnishings are also to a 'high'
standard. I would recommend these apartments to all, one of the 'best' I have stayed in!
