The guest apartments
Apartments consist of one or two bedroom with twin beds, dining room, kitchen, and
full bathroom plus sea view terrace. Safety deposit box available to hire, payable
locally. Weekly change of linen and towels plus a weekly clean (not kitchen). Key
collection advised once booked.
Pool Area
Communal pool for adults and children open in Summer, however beach is opposite.
NOTE A £150 BREAKAGE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED RETURNED AT CHECK OUT

Paid very little for our stay for a week in October 2010 and was a bit worried about the reviews but I
can tell you if you want a quiet holiday with no frills then this is the place. Appart from a little trouble
with the water heater (ancient) which was fixed the next morning we had a great stay. The
appartments are clean and tidy but don't expect a maid service as there is none. You are expected
to clean and do your own beds. Two towels and two sets of bedding for each person staying are
put out in the appartment when you arrive There are two bedrooms in each appartment with two
single beds in each you can also use the bed settee for an extra two people. Don't expect to much
and you wont be disapointed. We will definitely stay again and the views are fantastic

Four of us mature young ladies who are all Benidorm friendly found these apartments to be just
about perfect. Good size room for four adults two bathroms good size kitchen very clean and
spacious. Maybe just one small downside was there were no sunbeds around the very nice pool
and surrounding area but that didn't spoil the holiday. All in all would recommend and will be
going back next year

Basic But Good - Stayed in early June and expected much less than we got. Fridge, freezer,
washing machine, cooker all included, even had a TV that could get Sky News. Right on the beach
and not far from the bars but far enough to get a good nights sleep if you want to. Good
"Supermercado" down stairs that sells lots of English food if you don´t want to eat out all the time,
good Dutch bar/restaurant downstairs too. MacDonalds, Burger King and Subway only 500 yards
away. A great place for a family holiday.

Stayed at the Veracruz on the strength of previous reviews, and was not disappointed. Great
location, facing the beach. Good accommodation, a bit dated but clean, had all the facilities you
need for self catering. Wife loved it, had a washing machine, went home with clean clothes. Handy
supermarket next door. Would stay there again.
