Accommodation was basic SC. It was clean and the staff were at hand to help with booking
transfers etc. 0930 transfer to Alicante (40€) was too early for a 1340 flight (plus it takes 2 hrs!),
so we got taxis (55€). Excellent for stag and hen parties, I wouldn't take my kids and wife there
though. Some of the pubs were a little 'rough and ready' but hey if that's your kind of pub go for it!
Sticky Vicky worth a look even if its just to say you have seen her!!! About a 15/20 min stroll to the
beach past shops, bars etc.

Room was clean but had no microwave which I was a little surprised about. Our friends had
room next door,paid same money, booked same time but there room was considerably bigger
than ours and had a full size fridge with large freezer, microwave etc,never the less we got on
with it & I suppose its the luck of the draw. Our room, the smaller of the two was so small that
when we put the beds up in the living room we had to put the coffee table on the balcony . Staff
were friendly & helpful and pool area was clean and well maintained & toilets very Clean. The
only down side to the pool was that it doesn't open until 11am. For the money we couldn't
complain and would book again! We had heard horror stories of crime etc but had no bad
experiences.

We arrived at the hotel and on getting the keys be aware you will have to find a large deposit to
fork out not knowing this it took a chunk out of my Euro 150 to be precise, its now the day after i
came back and i have not received my money back, as for the rooms very basic but for the price
it was OK! One good thing this hotel is very close to all clubs shops and the beach just a little
walk down the road, the open air market was a ten minute walk away which is nice with lots of
bargains to be found, the indoor market was within 2 minutes around the corner and a super
market across the road, the pool was nice and big! But lacked enough sun loungers there was
no entertainment just a café bar at the outside! I would come back here just take enough money
to cover the deposit. Benidorm is a lovely place with a lot of places to eat at and you can find
cheap drink on the main strip.

Had a short 3 day stay, found the apartments just what we needed. Great location, we had a
studio on the 19th floor overlooking the Med. Quite a few groups of "stag parties" but we weren't
disturbed at all with noise. Staff in office next door were very polite and helpful. Apartment
building and rooms very clean, beginning to show it's age a bit but enough equipment for self-
catering. Two ring hotplate plus small electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc.
Spacious studio with plenty wardrobe and cupboard space. Plenty of really hot water to sink,
bath and shower. We were aware at time of booking that the pool would be out of use. Deposit
is 150 Euro.

I was worried about staying here after reading all the bad reports. But to be fair they were basic
but fine alright we didn't have a TV, a fan/air con in the room. But if your on a budget and easy
enough pleased then this is the place to stay. The only complaints would be the 150Euro
deposit we had to pay (only told when we arrived) and that the pool was getting work done
(which we were not told about although it was to be finished the day after we left) I have been
going to Benidorm for years and always stay in different places and this was not the best but
certainly was not the worst.

This hotel was better than i expected after reading reviews. There was no water in pool but that
was OK as we used a better hotels pool. The apartment was clean and tidy. The shower was
always hot. The beach is less than ten min walk. The clubs and pubs are five Min's. Great
location its far enough away so that if u want a quiet night u can. Had to pay £100 deposit but as
long as u don´t abuse the place it wont be a problem. (Editors Note - Pool Is Open Again)

For the price we paid for this accommodation it was excellent. However, If you're looking for
luxury (and a pool with water in) this apartment is probably not for you. They were very clean,
especially seen as from the outside they look like a complete dump. We were provided with lots
of clean towels and the rooms were in good condition. It was a rather long walk to the strip.
