just had 4 nights there 2nd time appartment was basic but thats what we paid for. very clean but
maid never went in i think they changed the towels once staff couldn,t do enough for you we had
trouble with the hot water half a bath that was it between 4 but they sorted it .on the edge of the
old town it was very busy with the locals it was great husling and busling round the shops and
queing all the day for the lottery amazing.but i personly only had one gripe after hitting benidorm
till turned 5am on more than once i got an early morning call from a COCKRELL YES A MALE
CHICKEN it was 20 feet from my window on the balcony opposite why it was there i dont know as
soon as it started getting light it started and it could,nt sleep i could have strangled it as the
appartments were all covered it echoed very loud i would deffinatly go back but with a gun.

basic but clean,copius amouts of scolding hot water, big plus. staff that we encountered where
very helpful. you do need a street facing apartment to enable watching the world go by moments
in the day. as it was dec 2009, the heating was a must,and we where experiencing problems,
however on reporting it, they had it all sorted within an hour. so all in all was passable and the
location cant be bettered, but be carefull of allocation of apartment as this will make a big
difference to your stay. 6o euros refundable deposit on entry.

Avenida apartments are very well situated in the middle of the old town and the beach is just at
the end of the street. Staff in the reception was always very friendly and available 24 hours. The
apartment was big and very nice. Furthermore it was cleaned several times during the week, so
it was a pleasure to stay there. We'll recommend Avenida anytime and will definately go back.

Regular visit the Apartments - approx. 3 times a year. Location is fantastic - couple of hundred
yards from the spotless Levante Beach. Bars similar distance - the pleasant Old Town Bars!
Reception open 24 hours, service provided is always excellent, and guests are made welcome.
Noted - some of the rooms are better than others - particularly those facing the main street to the
Levante or facing the Avenida Hotel. When booking, request for one of these is always made.
Most occasions a room is allocated on arrival, although if not able to allocate immediately,
Reception acknowledge request and will move you at first opportunity. Although there is cheaper
accommodation offered in Benidorm, particularly within the New Town, I would recommend that
paying a little bit more for accommodation in the Old Town is more beneficial, although it
depends what type of holiday is sought.

Great apartments. Ideal position in centre of old town just mins from beach. good sized apt with
huge balcony on top floor. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. excellent value for money.
