The guest apartments

Bed linen are changed every 7 days. However you can get extra towels for 50 cents.

A cheap weeks break - we found the rooms at the Buena Vista large and had everything you need for
self catering towels are not changed on a weekly stay but you can purchase clean towels for 50c and
there are washing machines on ground floor if you need them. I would say that the hotel is more
suitable for families as it seems to be family orientated we didn't have a problem with that. It is quite a
long walk to the centre but there are a number of bars close by that have entertainment and happy
hours we certainly wouldn't have a problem staying at this hotel again.

Good value clean and friendly - just returned from Buena vista good value apartments good size and
clean. Entertainment OK Stuart & Charlie try very hard to make a good night. Quiet area 10 min from
beach great eating places close by staff excellent one problem no maid service for weekly visitors
need to be addressed thank you to everyone at Buena vista see you again soon.

We had a fab 10 day stay at the Buena vista apartments the staff were very nice the bar staff worked
very hard and Shaun the compare was a good laugh he worked so hard when we come to Benidorm
we usually go in to town but we found ourselves staying in the hotel for our entertainment. The rooms
were very nice only down side was as the weather was very cold we found it a little cold in the rooms
heating only came on twice a day will be going back next year

Three of us stayed for 10 nights at the Buena Vista apartments over the New Year period and found
the apartments to be clean, warm and spacious. There was plenty of cutlery etc. There was no oven
as such but it had a good microwave with a built in grill and a 4 ring electric hob. The staff were very
pleasant and the location was nice and quite but still near enough to the bars and nightlife. The only
problem is that the room is only cleaned once per week and the towel change is the same. There is a
laundry room in the basement with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryer which cost 4€ each to
use (tokens available from reception) and an iron and board. The bar has a very good happy hour
every night and there is always some sort of entertainment on in the evening. We would have no
hesitation in using these apartments again.

Have just returned from my stay at the Buena vista apartments, they are fantastic value for money, the
rooms are very spacious and comfortable and have everything you need. The staff are friendly and
helpful and me and my fiancé had a great stay and would definitely return.

Stayed here in October 2009. Clean & tidy complex in good location 10 minutes from beach and
"Square". Staff helpful but somewhat let down by no change of linen or towels during 7 night stay.

Located in a quiet area on the edge of the Rincon De Loix area of the Levante resort. Ideal for couples and young families looking for great value and quality. Just far enough away from all the noise but not so far as to be a problem for most guests. A 15 minute stroll takes you too the beaches and nightlife and there are plenty of bars along the way!
