The guest apartments (14 floors)
All apartments offer a terrace, 1 or 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. A
small basic kitchenette with fridge and hob. Room safes are available payable
locally. Pay TV is available but to be honest it will not suit English guests. Towels
and linen changed every 7 days. These are budget priced and therefore do not
include a maid service to keep costs low.
Services
There is an outdoor pool and cafeteria bar in Summer months.
Helpful Notes:
Pool & Bar is usually only open from June to September
Main gates are locked at night residents have their own keys.
When arriving out of hours (after 7.30pm) you collect keys at the Buenavista when
you book please let the booking agent know your approx arrival times to ensure a
smooth check in. As with most Benidorm apartments there is a 100€ deposit
returned when you leave, you can pay in GBP.

Basic, but clean on arrival. No cleaners for ten days stay. No sheet/towel change in this time. Top
floor-scary for some. Full of many nationalities, mainly very friendly. George, the receptionist,
nice bloke and friendly, good English. Keeps his pool very clean and stickler for timetable. John
and Tracy just taken over the bar area on 31st July. Nice people and very helpful over the ten
days. Fan hire available and is a must. Get what you pay for!!

Basic,clean apartments now tatty on the edges.very helpful caretaker, Good value for 1 week
£110 in March. As usual in Benidorm, thin walls ,could be an issue. TIP. If you arrive after 7.30
pm youi have to pick keys up from Buenovist Apts,get the shuttle bus to drop you off at
Buenovista & you then only have the shortish walk to Don G.

basic clean only trouble geting keys, arived 10pm all closed. we had to go to buenavista for
keys had to leave 100 euros deposit for keys. very friendly caretaker and very nice rooms would
use again.
