The guest apartments (70 over 5 floors)
Studios with twin beds (some with 3 beds), some have views to the Levante Beach.
The studios facing the street have a small terrace and those facing the inner yard,
have a small balcony. Kitchenette with oven and hob all with full bathroom. Air
conditioning in Summer months. Guests can use the facilities at the Benidorm
Plaza hotel 100 metres away. There are 2 lifts. Room safe 1.50€ per day.
NOTES:
A deposit is payable on arrival 60€
Reception / Security is 24 hours

These apartments are in a central situation in the old town,ideal for almost everything. The
apartments are alright. Comfortable beds, basic kitchens,and clean. Towels changed very
regularly. They have a very friendly male receptionist by the name of Austin, who speaks good
English. However being above a pizza shop it can be rather noisy at times. Late nights, and early
mornings when setting out tables and chairs. I could stay there again,as the price is reasonable.

The apartments are basic but very clean. Location is superb right in the middle of the old town.
Be prepared to pay your deposit on arrival and allow time for your room to be checked before you
leave and get your deposit back! Didn't mind this at all as it's one way to keep the standard high
of very cheap accommodation. Would definitely stay there again early season

accommodation on a whole was OK. For the price we paid we could not complain as it was
cheap for the three nights, however, for two days we did not have any hot water which was a little
problem when you wanted to have a shower.

Can be a bit noisy outside (pedestrianised) but good value for money. Very reasonable facilities
and pleasant helpful staff.

Just got back after a long weekend away to celebrate a friends birthday.....Apartments are in a
Fab location.....They was basic and quite old although for what we paid to stay there we was
happy....Fab sand sculptures on the beach...one friend found them particularly nice! Lots to do
around the area so didn't even venture into the new town....Taxi from the airport was 65 Euro
although we could of waited and got on a shuttle bus for 8 Euro each...all in all a great weekend
and would stay again .
