1 bedroom apartments sleep 2 to 4 adults have a twin bedroom and a living room
with a sofa-bed. All apartments an American kitchenette (2 electric rings, fridge,
mini-oven and toaster), full bathroom, satellite pay TV and terrace.

Been to evamar approx 25 times.Cant believe what people say. This is a fab self-catering
holiday. Staff are ALL so friendly. 24 hour bar. They love the kids. If you have a problem just
ask,and it will be resolved straight away. We paid £1200 for two weeks including 2 weeks car
hire,flights+evamar for three of us in JULY . Never had problem with stag/hen parties. They are
on top floors and out all night. Dont know what people expect-5 star for 2 star money

These apartments are well situated that you are away from the noise of the bars and clubs but
are within walking distance of everything you want to do. There was 4 couples on our trip and
everyone was happy with the accommodation. We would certainly go back there.

First impression of reception was that due to its small size checking would be difficult and
awkward as is is attached to the bar but could not be further from the truth as checking was
great. I had not been forwarded the correct paperwork but it was quickly resolved by very helpful
staff. We were allocated a room on the top floor which gave us a great view of Benidorm. The
room was very clean and decorated to a good standard. The kitchen was well equiped, plenty of
cutlery, utensils, microwave/grill oven and complete dinner set. There was a TV in the room
which would run for 1hr for 1 euro. The apartment location was ideal if you like the market as it is
across the road twice a week, Sun & Wed. The apartment block is far enough from Benidorms
nitelife not to be disturbed but not to far as it cannot be accessed by foot within 5mins. The
beach was reachable on foot in 10mins. We would definitely return to the Evamar Apts.
