sofa bed. There is a bathroom, Kitchenette, Fridge, Fans, TV and safe deposit for
hire. A maid service operates twice weekly.

Did not know what to expect of our time in Benidorm, the apartments were great, the balcony
was huge and we were on the 14th floor with no obstruction the view was breathtaking, to sit out
any time of the day and the sun be there made the apartments ideal. Brilliant supermarket
behind the hotel which was very cheap, could not say one bad word about these apartments,
can,t wait to go back (Supermarket mentioned here is a large Mercadona not expensive)

Just come back from a 3 night stay at La Era park for my Hen night with 14 girls. The hotel was
absolutely fab, the pool was lovely, the bar man was great and the reception staff were also
lovely. Great location for everything really, we walked to the main square and to the old town and
down to the beach and I dont do walking so was genuilly great. The hotel was very quiet so for
us was great, dont know what it would b like high season prob not for families but that is only a
guess. I have given this hotle 5 out of 5 not saying its 5* cos its not, but then it doesnt pretend to
be either, if you want somewhere nice, good location, friendly and clean La Era park is defo the
place to go! Benidorm....

This is the second time we have stayed at La Era Park and we were not disappointed second
time round ! The staff are friendly and helpful, the apartments very clean! Its a short walk to the
old town and a gentle stroll downhill to the Levante beach, the nightlife is not intrusive when we
were ready to go to sleep. All in all i would highly recommend these apartments for a stay in
Benidorm and will be going back in June for another short stay! Dan Groves, Almeria Spain

Much better standards than we expected for what we paid to stay there. Place was very clean
and rooms were basic but clean and adequate as we never ate in. However it is NOT a family
hotel as even on 22nd April it was full of younger people and not a child in sight. Some of them
were very rowdy but only having fun. The receptionist opened the bar and gave us a drink on our
first night as it closes about 9pm. The bar man through the day is fairly miserable but works on
his own so who can blame him. Its up a little bank but if you keep walking down the hil over the
road and over again keep going you will come to lots of small places with the white plastic
chairs etc. We found Neptunes really nice the owner was very nice and the food was ok for the
money. Sangria was the best in there! We didnt like the main area it was too rowdy for us but
only cost 6 Euro to get there in a taxi for 4 people. the Big Rock bar further down was strange full
of locals but looked good through the day. Plenty of places to get San Miguel for 1.50 overall its a
good place for a couple of days but would hate it in July August and for a week would be a
nightmare for us maybe cos we were a bit older..... However for 5.50 each per night it was
brilliant value. We would stay there again definitely.

good sized appts with balcony very clean ,staff very polite and helpful. Near all nightlife but no
problem sleeping at night, we had a sea view which was excellent would stay again no problem.

Very handy and near to everything. On the sixteenth floor what a view apartment had everything
you needed. On the downside was the swimming pool it is very small. The staff could be more
helpful.

discos are about 15 minutes stroll. Popular with groups in Winter and Families in
Summer. The perfect lively holiday in Benidorm for couples and groups.
The apartments are quite well equipped and are good for children with a play area
and kiddies pool area. Previous guests comment on friendly staff. Apartments offer
excellent value especially at low and mid season times. There is also a large
supermarket around the corner that is not a tourist one - Low prices!
