The guest apartments (sleeping up to 4 guests)
Each of the apartments offer one bedroom with a double sofa bed in the
living room sleeping a maximum of four. There is a kitchenette and a large
terrace. The price includes a TV and washing machine. Towels and sheets
are changed weekly and safes are available to hire.
Pool Area
There is a communal pool and kiddies play area plus sunbeds are
provided.

Arrived mid June for 2 weeks. Excellent value for money - basic, clean and tidy. Had
the pool area/sunbeds to ourselves most of the time. Location brilliant for everything.
Not even a problem collecting the keys (just around the corner) Staff were excellent
and very helpful indeed. As we were leaving early morning they arranged for the
apartment to be checked the day before we departed so that we could have our
deposit back. Taxi rank just across road. Would use these apartments again - great
value, great location, clean, tidy and very helpful staff.

You have everything you need in your room and they are tidy, just make sure you go to
the agents next door but 1 when you arrive and we wasnt aware we had to put a
deposit down on the room which was quite a bit. The balcony is huge and clean. The
only problem is we had a cranky woman who lived in the appt next door and didnt like
noise!! so be careful not to make any noise, quite hard in Benidorm!
