The guest apartments
(55 apartments of Studios sleeping 1/2, 1 bedroom sleeping 2/4 and 2 bedroom 4/6)
All apartments offer a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, toaster, iron and washing machine.
Full bathrooms and offer studio accommodation or one / two twin bedrooms with a
double sofa bed in the living room. Towels and linen are changed weekly. Room safes
and cots are available to hire. Apartments are cleaned for arrival but are not serviced
during your stay, however you may request this at a small charge. Satellite TV, heating
and air conditioning are provided. Each apartment has a smoke detector and fire
alarms. (Kettles on request at reception for English guests just ask)

Deposit A key and damage deposit of 150€ is required at check in and is returned
when you leave. Apartments are required to be left in a presentable state with all dishes
and cutlery washed and fridge empty. Thank you.

rooms clean and tidy good apartment 10c 10th floor, friendly staff and very obliging, no problems with
linen or towels . deposit 150 euros a bit steep but hey no problem thank you the new payma. central
location, beach 5 minutes away. amenities 5 mins any direction.

the appartments were very good for what we paid staff were very helpful at all times vey clean an tidy,
paid for a 1 bedroom appartment and got a 2 bedroom appartment it was large.

Very basic.The bed was unsafe and uncomfortable to sleep 2 people, so my wife opted for the sofa
(which was in a dubious condition itself). No balcony to sit outside in the sun. There were charges for
nearly everything. £100 up front (albeit fully refundable if no damage caused). Charge for change of
linen more than once, and 10 euros for room cleaning. The room and the adjoining pub were very
dimly lit. The swimming pool was like a cesspool so we didn't use it (there was only 1 sunbed
anyway).This place is more suitable for young people who just want a bed to sleep off the night's
boozing. Apart from all this, it was okay. My wife and I are both in our fifties and love coming to
Benidorm, so hopefully next year there might be some better accomodation on offer.

Stayed here for a week with my girlfriend (Mid 20's) 4th-11th sept 2010, nice appartments looking over
all the nightlife not noisey at all, perfect location no need to get a cab anywhere, not even 1 minute
walk from the stardust and rockafells bar's with great entertainment, and 3 minute max walk to the
beach , pool was ok nothing major but u could relax there doesnt open till 12 each morring, got the
flybus (shuttle bus) which was great €18 pp return or €80 each way n a cab. All in all we had a plesent
stay cant really complain and would go back and stay here as it was a great location and cheap.
Mainly english n wealsh people.

went to new payma apts with my my 15 year old son my friend and her 14 year old son we had an
amazing time the new payma is right in the middle of everything. We thought it might be noisy but we
never heard a thing and they are next door to gigilos and all the night life. Would defo go back to these
apts the staff were so friendly and if you want anything just ask.

This is the second time we have stayed at the New Payma and I can honestly recommend them if you
want to be in the middle of the action. They are clean, and our two bed had sea views. The staff are
very friendly and we managed to check in at 11.30 am - unheard of in most places. Yes you have to
pay a deposit but that's fair enough when you know the problems they can experience with clients. Its
above Gigolos and Stardust

Our daughter and her friend are in Benidorm singing for a few weeks and needed a central location.
Payma apartments are certainly that and to me in the nicer part of club land. Immediately we enquired
the young girl was extremely helpful, we were able to see the apartment first before we made up our
mind. It was very clean and had recently been decorated, being on the 10th floor the view was brilliant.
There wasn't a kettle, but for a small amount we got one from the supermarket. Right opposite is a
cafe that serves lovely food, full english 1.50 euros. The clubs are situated very close to these
apartments

Newly refurbished Payma holiday apartments are located in the center of Benidorm
just 150 meters from the Levante Playa making them ideally located for a beach
