We booked the Palm Court, a little bit dubious because the price was lower than we were
expecting to pay for this time of year. It's a very small and friendly hotel, privately owned with
excellent service. The rooms are basic, a little tired but very clean. We only received maid service
one a week but if you needed anything, e.g. towells or toilet rolls it wasn't a problem. Staff are
very friendly and the bar and snack prices are good. It's a cheap and cheerful place to stay, don't
expect the ritz you get what you pay for. We came home yesterday and booked for Xmas and
New Year. On a negative note there was a problem upon arrival the hotel had been double
booked, no one was admiting responsibility and we had to stay for one night in a close by
apartment. Hope this doesn't happen again but have given the benefit of the doubt on this
ocassion. Cheap and cheerful

Clean basic apartments in a good central location for Benidorm nightlife and shopping. Nice
pool area and cafe does excellent good value breakfasts. Only downside to the stay was that the
sofa bed is totally unsuitable for adults, only a one a a half inch piece of foam for a mattress over
wooden slats, very uncomfortable. On complaining we were given a 3inch piece of foam for a
mattress instead, only slighly better. So great apts for 2 adults only or 2 adults plus small
children.

The first thing which strikes you is the central location, ideal for the shops and the nightlife, but
far enough away so you arn't disturbed at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Agood
sized pool for the No of guests, it was never overcrowded The food for the residents at the
poolside cafe was plentiful, of a good standard, and priced well The drawbacks are it has no air
conditioning, though we asked at the desk for a fan and this was given free of charge The
balconeys have been closed in, with sliding windows, i would have preferred if they were open
We did not use thr cooking facilities, apart from the fridge and kettle, as it is cheap to eat out. A
bit small but overall great value for the price, with it not having a lot of rooms you got to know the
other guests If it had air con. i would have rated it much higher Would go back again. Central
location , and friendly staff.

good hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful the food we ate there was excellent and rooms
were clean and tidy good value for money the pool was lovley and not to crowded the night lif
was great and not to far away good time had by all would defently be returning sometime thanks.

There is also an English run bar here which offers good breakfasts (At the time of
