The guest apartments (45 over 4 floors)
Feature one or two bedroom apartments of different sizes depending on number in
your party with twin beds, separate kitchen, small lounge/dining room, balcony and
bathroom. A safety deposit box and TV is payable locally. Towels and linen are
changed weekly.

In our apartment we had 2 bathrooms which was a surprise,but we were told that our apartment
was the biggest.Clean and tidy,staff very friendly.We did have to wait nearly 2 hours to go into our
room because it was not ready (got to the apartments at 11.45 am).Apartments could be a bit
noisey late at night.Not a great deal of space to cook.Could do with small table in living area.On
the whole I would go back,recommend to family and friends.Good location.

We stayed here for 1 week in Feb. First time away without the kids. The Palm Court is great for
the price you pay for it. Large bedroom, lounge small, but we found it ok. We are looking to go
back in June and would ask for a bigger room, as there is only really enough room for two.
Utensils in the room very good, lots of them. Josie and Gary are a great help to the owners, and
they help everyone that is staying there. Food is very nice and reasonably priced. It is a ideal
place to stay as it is positioned near all the bars.

Self catering apartments in a small block offering basic accommodation for those
looking for a good value cheap Holiday in the center of Benidorm. Located in a
central area of the Levante Playa.
Will suit young families, couples and small groups of friends looking for a beach
holiday or nightlife. Facilities include a sunny pool and terrace with free sun
loungers and snack bar open from June to September.
There is also an English run bar here which offers good breakfasts (At the time of
writing)
Towels and Linen changed every 7 days, as with most budget apartments there is
not a daily maid service. Any supplies you need can be bought at the nearest
supermarket which is 200 meters way.
