complex offers a snack bar and good size pool for the size of the block with sun
loungers. Ideal location only 400m to the Levante beach and within easy walking
distance of bars and restaurants. Nightlife is 5 minutes away

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We went at the time of the
volcano and was stranded for 8 days and they did everything could to help us even gave us
reduced priced rooms till we could go home. Is only short 5 min walk to beach and shops etc.
Pool bit small but not too bad. We found deposit on arrival slightly high is £100 you do get back
on departure. Good apartments value for money.

the Picasso apts were in a great location for all things that happen in Benidorm, the owners in
the apartments were very helpful the rooms were clean and spacious and very cheap will be
back next year.

Brilliant hotel for the price. Can't think of a thing to fault it. We arrived at 10pm and checking in
was very easy, we found that the room was very nice, clean and much better than expected. Near
perfect location as it is very close to the beach and in walking distance of the main tourist areas.
Staff were friendly and willing to help and it was an all round good holiday

stayed in Picasso apartments over Xmas with my two sons. Very clean, tidy and i felt very secure
with me being on my own with my two sons. We have stayed in other acc: as we visit Levante
beach in Benidorm twice a year, i can safely say i will be staying here again. The staff are friendly
and you are made to feel welcome and there is a very homely feeling as soon as you get there.
The apartments are close to everything and I'm sure if you needed any help or information they
would do their best to help you, very clear English speaking.
