and the wonderful sea breeze it is
often much hotter and the sun much
stronger than you realise. Take
care not to spoil your Benidorm
holiday by staying in the sun too
long, especially between mid-day
and mid-afternoon when the sun is
strongest. It is recommended that
you only tan for 30 minutes at this
time and using a high factor sun
screen. When enjoying the great
weather also remember to top up
on fluids by drinking at least half a
litre of water at room temperature
per hour and avoid alcohol Yeah
