Dear Lois
Just a quick email to thank you for completely eradicating our cockroach infestation. Over the past few
years we have used various pest control companies who have never completely put an end to the
problem. We usually see a return of cockroaches after a few months although less than prior to being
treated.
Since your company treated our premises with the new gels that you use we have not seen one single
cockroach in five months nor any sign of them being in the premises. I can´t believe that such a small
amount of gel has cleared our infestation so well. The bonus of course was that we did not have to close
and there was no smell or cleaning up to do that you always get with bombs and sprays.
I would not hesitate to recommend you to other businesses.

The use of the New Gel being used by Lois at BUGBUSTERS in the last few months has been successful.
We at " Friends Bar " in Albir have had NO pests, ie: cockroaches, since the new system was introduced.
And a bonus.. we do not have close for 24 hours the next day..................

WE HAVE FOUND THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY TO BE EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL, THE
PRODUCT (GEL ) HAS NO ODOUR AND IS VERY DISCREET AS ARE THE STAFF THAT SUPPLY AND
DISTRIBUTE IT, AND WE DID NOT HAVE TO CLOSE.

I have been a client of BUGBUSTERS since 1996 and have always been very pleased with the work
carried out by Lois Clark, she is a serious and responsible worker, always on time, doing a good job
whenever necessary, she came to spray the bar again and now since last year the bar is clean of insects
and BUG FREE! Because of the new treatment with MAX FORCE GEL. It is BRILLIANT NO CLOSING
because there is NO smell, and its all done in the mornings, before we open, again NO smell very very
clean and discreet. We are very pleased with the service from Lois and the new treatment and her prices
are very reasonable indeed.

Just a quick email to let you know that after a whole year with just the one treatment of your new gel
product we are still cockroach free - and I mean free not one single sign of any infestations. Having
spoken to other clients of yours in Calle San Vicente it seems the street is also free of cockroach. Nothing
has ever worked so well in the past.

WITH FUMIGATION WE MANAGED TO KEEP THE COCKROACH COMMUNITY LOW, BUT COULD NOT
GET COMPLETELY CLEAR, UNTIL LAST YEAR, WE CALLED IN BUGBUSTERS.
A REPRESENTATIVE CALLED AND DISCUSSED WITH US THE PROBLEM AND ACTUALLY LISTENED TO
US, WE WERE THEN CONSULTED ON THE COURSE OF ACTION. WHEN THIS WAS AGREED UPON AND
SUBSEQUENTLY CARRIED OUT, IT WAS CLEAN, UNOBTRUSIVE AND FUME FREE! FOR A VERY FEW
DAYS,AN ODD LETHARGIC INSECT WAS SPOTTED, BUT WELL WITHIN THE WEEK THEY HAD ALL
DISAPPEARED COMPLETELY. OUR ANNUAL TREATMENT IS NOW DUE AND STILL WE ARE CLEAR.

I would just like to say what a excellent
job you did to my bar the Rovers Return i took the bar on in 2002 as we have a
very high standard of hygiene in the catering trade i used a selection off
companys over the years from laquir to gells but i have to give credit
were credit is due bug busters as come on top with the lasted gell the gell
is a little more exspensive than laquir but if you take in to account you
dont have to shut for 48 hours have no smell or mess and last a full year i
say its money well spent i would also like to say how bug busters will bend
over backwards for its customers to solve there problems keep up the good
work i give bug busters 10 out of 10
