Benidorm has no shortage of gay run and gay friendly places to eat from small
Tapas bars to top quality restaurants. The following we recommend for quality

New Café Refuel the café on the park with a lovely terrace overlooking the
Poniente, the harbour and park Elx (Dove Park). Perfect for coffee, cool beers
and a natter. Offering American style sandwiches, breakfast, brunch and lunch.
Set to become the new Peters Playa bar (Regulars will know!).
The Two Palms, now with a new " Music Hall & show theme" and Paneil´s with a
twist of Art Deco are in the same street and a meal should not be missed at
either of these restaurants. They offer incredible value and top quality a´la carte
and set menus whilst offering a totally different dining experience. You will also
find the popular White Dove and Abdul´s here too. One street the place to eat
in Benidorm Calle La Palma. Paneil´s now take online booking too plus you can
order Champagne ice chilled to the max waiting at your table when you arrive.
At the top of Calle La Palma find Calle La Biga where popular Chef Big Michael
has his new restaurant called of course Michaels Restaurant now open a 70
seater restaurant. 3 huge new set menus book online through their website.
The Queens is popular and caters for those wanting just a snack to full a´la
carte. Serving until 11pm in the bar or restaurant. Great food.
If you fancy afternoon tea Grannies traditional teahouse should be on your
list of treats Granny does a good all day breakfast too.
Rumours is a stylish daytime café bar and has been designed as a place you
can sit and chill and enjoy a snack, a coffee, a drink or a light meal. The place
to meet for a gossip and a nibble at lunch times. Very popular.
Caspers does good snack food and pub grub all day every day and now do
Quorn snaacks for the vegetarians. Dominoes an established café bar good
for lunch and bar food with really scrummy home made burgers.
The New Town is good value for British food where you will find the popular
St .James Tavern a fine venue for Sunday lunch good food from a good Chef.
The India Gate restaurant is only a few minutes walk from the gay village in
Calle Lepanto and offers fine curries in a stylish Indian restaurant which we
highly recommended. Great value 2 for 1 offers always available on chicken
dishes. Best curry in Benidorm we are reliably informed.
