BENIDORM RESTAURANTS
With almost 1,000 restaurants, cafés and café bars that serve snacks, Tapas, menu of the day and full A´La Carte
you will be amazed at the incredible choice and value when dining out in Benidorm.  From basic British fare to the
Valencian dish of paella and everything in between you could eat at a different place every day for almost three
years in Benidorm.

With a three course " Menu del Dia " at 10€ served in a typical Spanish restaurant which includes bread and a bottle of
wine. At night hit the old town where you will find dishes of Spain in the terrace cafés and Tapas bars.  A Chinese
restaurant set menu of three courses, desert and wine will only set you back an amazing 5 or 6 euro. And at the other
end of the gastronomic scale pay a visit to the exquisite
Restaurante Kataria at the Belroy hotel, or the Belvedere
at the
Madeira Centro Hotel on the 21st floor for the best of fine dining!  Below are a selection of recommended
restaurants and café bars where you can dine from 12€ for a set menu or go A´La Carte for under 20€.
Some of the finest British restaurants can be found in the old town in
Benidorm. Calle De La Palma just off the pedestrian street is where you will
find a great selection of fine dining in town and at prices that will enable you to
eat at every restaurant in the street at least once during your holiday. In just
this one street you can sample Spanish, Italian, French and English cuisine.

We recommend
Michaels (Corner of Calle La Biga and la Palma) and
Paneil´s
where you will find a romantic Art Deco style restaurant with great
hospitality.  Also well worth a visit for a touch of top French cuisine we
recommend the
Vagabond Restaurant.  Not far way near the Levante Playa
no holiday is complete without a visit to the lovely
Estebans Restaurant.
where Chef Steve writes for the
Eating Out Blog every month. Prices at all
these restaurants start from around €12 per head for a three course set
menu.  So no excuses not to treat yourself at least twice during your
Benidorm Holiday.

If you enjoy good British food and look forward to a traditional English Sunday
Roast then you need look no further than the
Queen Vic the St. James
Tavern and The Game Bird all to be found in the new town Levante area
where you will find many British venues serving great food at value prices.

The
Queens hotel which is British run is also an ideal place for a snack,
lunch or full A´La Carte in either the pub or popular restaurant which offers
quality dining all day every day until 11pm.  For a quick lite lunch we also
recommend
Grannies Tea Room Cafe Refuel and Rumours all in the old
town and popular.

For the only authentic Indian restaurant in Benidorm that is owned and
operated by someone born in India offering fabulous authentic Indian quality
cuisine book a table at the
India Gate for fine curries.

We hope you enjoy your dining experiences in Benidorm and the selection of
restaurants it has to offer in this great holiday town.  This page is sponsored

TRY CHURROS FOR BREAKFAST A REAL SPANISH TRADITION

Breakfast (El Desayuno) in Spain is usually a carbohydrate and caffeine
thing but for times when you are feeling a bit delicate which you sure will in
Benidorm after a long night you have to try churros and chocolate.  The
Spanish were responsible for introducing chocolate to Europe from the
Americas.  In Spain hot chocolate is taken very seriously. Made from real
chocolate, sweetened separately with sugar, and sometimes, with a pinch of
cinnamon, the end result is certainly the taste equivalent of pure heaven.

In addition to introducing us to one of our most pleasurable vices the
Spanish have developed the perfect addition to eat with chocolate, the
churros. They are traditionally sold on roadsides but most towns in Spain will
have a Churreria. Churros are made from dough made into thin tubes, these
have a star shaped cross section and are several inches long. Coated in
sugar and cinnamon and dipped in a bowl of hot chocolate they make for a
sublime start to the day that is hard to improve on. Served in all the best
restaurants. Take a look at our
Benidorm pub and bar guide too.
