The guest bedrooms
All 156 rooms offer a full bathroom. Air-conditioning is standard as is
satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box and mini-bar (on request). Most
rooms have a balcony. There are 15 single rooms, you can get good deals
out of season for double rooms for single use at good rates so do check
todays room rates.
The hotel has a roof top terrace with swimming pool and Jacuzzi
Guests may enjoy sun loungers around the pool which is heated in Winter. A
snack bar is open during the Summer months. Sea views from the pool area.

Avenida 4 Star Hotel - Benidorm Old Town
The hotel is located just 70m from the Levante playa in the center of the old
town. A favourite with many regulars for service, location and excellent food.

Receiving many great guest reviews most of whom mention the well trained
staff and the cuisine offered in the buffet restaurant, especially the breakfasts!

A typical Avenida hotel review - June 2008
It was our first visit and a holiday we really enjoyed. We were in a twin room, on a half board
meals were excellent soup, bread rolls, some evenings steak, some evenings chicken or pork.
The meals were excellent. Desserts were varied and delicious! The room itself was of an ample
size with a modern bathroom. The sitting area and bar of the hotel are comfortable and tidy. We
didn't stay in for the hotel entertainment so can't comment. The roof top pool is quite small and
not perhaps for young children, more for teenagers and adults. There is a jacuzzi and rooftop
enjoyed a fun night out at 'rich bitch' literally a 3 minute walk away, a good laugh at an
inexpensive price, it's opposite the pig and whistle pub, if you are broad minded go, its good fun.
I think Avenida caters more for adults than families with kids, but then benidorm will keep all
amused. go and enjoy! (Mature Couple 36+)
