Restaurant and food excellent. We had a refurbished room which was OK for a 3 star. Girls on
reception rude and unhelpful. Temperature in our room was well over 100 degrees, asked at
reception for air conditioning remote and was told "it isn't June" I pointed out that we had no
sleep for 4 nights and was told to take a nap by the pool in the shade!! We had the pool to
ourselves for 8 days as everyone else in the hotel was either over 70, in a wheelchair or using
a walking stick. Would only recommend this hotel to pensioners as Thomson holidays seem
to send all theirs there.

The rooms are very nice and modern would of liked some tea making facilities in the room
though. We were half board for one night and the lunch was OK the selection was catered for
English and Spanish. The hotel was a bit quiet for us, from 4 o'clock not much sun around the
pool as a lot of shade was a bit like ghost town! We would of preferred a more livelier hotel.
Staff very helpful, with everything you could need. Hotel we think for older people.

couples in Summer. Hotel Benidorm Plaza is located behind Plaza Triangular and
only 350m from the Levante Beach. A great choice for a central holiday.
The hotel has a large heated swimming pool (during the winter months), terrace
with sun loungers and parasols, gym and bars.
Ideal for couples, limited facilities for teenagers or young children but ideal for
those 35+ who want a central location and good food. Perfect location to explore
both the lively area of the resort and the old town both of which are a pleasant
stroll from the hotel as is the Playa Levante. Some rooms have already been
refurbished recently with plans to do more.
