Guest Rooms
All rooms offer a spacious bathroom and good views and are nicely
decorated following a recent refurbishment. Air-conditioning is
standard. Rooms have a TV and telephone.
Dining
All meals are buffet style of traditional Spanish and International
cuisine. Plenty of fresh salads plus hot and cold buffet.

The hotel had a beautiful view of the bay and was a perfect location for able bodied
people but less so for less able bodied. The hotel only had two lifts which was
inadequate for peak times..had to carry suitcase down stairs, it was fortunate we were
only on the 4th floor. The food was good,hot, well presented and replenished regularly
however, the choice became predictable and we have had better in other hotels in
Bendorm. The waiter service was very good and the hotel room was cleaned every day,
including Christmas day. The entertainment was very good and we found the lounge
bar very comfortable with a lovely view of the bay...much better than other hotels.
Overall, a great stay and we would return to this hotel.

stayed at benikaktus august bank holiday for 4 nights. grandparents, 4 adults and 4
children from age 10-12. hotel location great, lovely view of benidorm allthough steps
up to the hotel. stayed half board and thought the food was of good quality and plenty
too choose from. my only issue was with the balcony, as it was very hot (30+) and one
of the beds (quad room) was on the balcony which is enclosed in glass which you can
open made the room very hot even though we had air con in the rooms. so because of
that had to keep the balcony closed so air con would work which was a shame as we
like to sit out. would probably be ok in cooler months.

prefer not to walk down to the beach the Kaktus enjoys a large pool
and solarium sun deck.
Ideal for guests who enjoy a Hotel with few British guests and NO
large groups of stag hen parties and children. Tends to attract a 40
plus age group mainly couples. Ideal for those who prefer to stay
away from the large British tour company hotels.

good value, especially given the great location. Quiet part of the
resort but close enough to bars and discos if you want a lively holiday
in Benidorm.
