Excellent Hotel, just got back from a weeks break. The hotel has very friendly staff, it was very
clean. Maid service everyday with clean towels. Stayed half board, food was good, lots of choice,
different menu everyday. Just one small problem, Hotel Entertainment, only on Friday & Saturday
and not up to much. But it was fine as we just walked 5 mins down road and found plenty of
entertainment in many of the British Bars. Will be returning to this hotel and can highly
recommend Castilla Hotel

Well presented and friendly staff. Hotel is in good
shape and very good rooms. Food is plentiful and is
decent enough. Prices are reasonable too. Happy to

arrived late after easyjet cancelled flight 23rd december and re booked last minute with monarch.
Hotel castilla left us a meal/drink laid out in the restaurant which I couldnt fault. Hotel was
gleaming extremely clean 10/10 food was fine plenty of fish, pork, steak, chicken and a variety to
choose from the buffet, ive had better but I really cannot fault it. Xmas day dinner was 6 course
meal and drink was flowing, they couldnt do enough for us. The staff sang to us as well as
serving all the meals and made our day. It is in a good position not far away from cafe benidorm
5/10 minite walk. Also close to the old town as well as the new. Safe area and Yes there is a
building going up right in front of the hotel but i cant say that it spoilt our holiday. Full board was
good value. Entertainment not on everynight and low key but you only have to go a short distance
to find some in Benidorm so it didnt bother us.

An extended weekend winter break book on a full board basis. The hotel is 4 star and deserves
this grading. Food was excellent and varied bearing in mind you are having 3 meals a day. The
staff were warm and friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Hotel is spotless.
The only complaint I heard from from other guests was the lack of hotel evening entertainment.
This never bothered us as after all it is Benidorm and although the resort was very quiet there
was still plenty of bars with live shows. Will use this hotel again. I am a regular traveller to
Benidorm........

A very clean comfortable hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. No noise at night. Good standard and
choice of food and the 2 for 1 drinks great value. Good position a short walk to the beach and the
old town and new town. Would return again.
