Everything about this hotel is good,from the great food to the most helpful staff i have ever come
into contact with I highly recommend this hotel. Even the situation of this hotel is spot on.

My husband and I have just spent a week at the Don Pancho. We could not recommend this hotel
highly enough. The staff are most attentive to your every need. It's less than 5 minutes walk to the
beach. We stayed half-board, and we had an excellent choice of food, both for the breakfast and
evening meal. Rooms were spotless. Great entertainment every night. One could not ask for
more. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel with first class facilities I would recommend this hotel to anyone we have used

Stayed here in May the weather wasn't very good but the hotel was excellent. The food was the
best i have had in a hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, very clean and in a very good
location for the nightlife. Would stay here again.

Had short 2 night stay at hotel Don Pancho. Rooms excellent all with stunning sea views,we
were on 15th floor. Rooms good size with all mod cons. Restaurant food was superb,buffet style
loads of choice. 100 metres from fantastic beach,loads of bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were
excellent always cheery and polite. Swimming pool area great, hotel great had no complaints
about anything. Well don staff and management at Don Pancho

The best hotel I have stayed in Benidorm by far in 10 visits. Room with good sea view. All staff
very obliging. Rooms kept immaculately clean. Quality of food excellent. Good variation of food,
would have liked fish for breakfast (kippers) more than once a week (irrelevant gripe). Hoping to
come back soon.

This is the first time we have stayed in the Don Pancho. Car parking facilities were excellent and
surely the cheapest in Benidorm for a hotel. The location is quite a walk from the Old Town,
which is fine for us but could be a problem for someone who cannot walk long distances.
However there was a bus stop right near the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The restaurant facilities were good, a nice variety of food. Pool area very large with plenty of sun
beds available. Did not attend the nightly entertainment sessions but according to other guests
that did, it was enjoyable. Predominantly British clients. The only constructive criticism we would
make is that the decor is a little dated for our personal taste. However, overall a very pleasant
experience.
