Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff especially at Reception. Rooms were spacious (3
adults sharing) and great views from balcony. All in all worth the bus journey (15min) into
Benidorm Central.

We have just returned from a short 4 day stay at this hotel and cant believe the unfair
comments on the trip adviser web site .this hotel is definitely a good 4 star there are 2
resturants [buffett] so there is plenty of room to enjoy the good food and service that they
provide tables are cleared immediatly when you are finished. out doors there are plenty of
sunbeds around the 2 large swimming pools and some good entertainment at night
[Spanish of course as this hotel is in SPAIN] What ever you do dont believe the negative
comments about this hotel and have a trip to the viewing platform at the top of the tower.Enjoy
yourself you are on holiday. All round great hotel good location for benidorm on the bus.

We went for short break (4 nights) with family (kids are 3 and 6) and had a great time. Pools
were great for the kids, load of different areas and fun bits. The food was plentiful, well worth
upgrading to full board (just don't eat as much as I did, had to have a salad for last meal
cause I was too full from breakfast and lunch!). The entertainment was not great and went on
till midnight outside every night but we got used to it. Room was nice - we had a problem with
our air-conditioning (leaking) but they sent cleaner to clean up the leak and maintenance
came the next day and fixed it. We will probably go back and stay another few days next
summer. The food - so much choice!

A good hotel on the whole. Good service from staff, plenty of choices for full board, plenty of
pool activities for children, good clean hotel with good entertainment, but same entertainment
for the whole week!

OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE STAYING IN THIS HOTEL AND ONE WHICH WE BOTH WONT
FORGET. VERY PLESANT AND FRIENDLY STAFF AND ATTENDED TO OUR NEEDS FOR
OUR WEEKEND STAY. THE FOOD WAS VARIED AND AS OUR ROOM OVERLOOKED THE
POOL , WE COULD WATCH THE EVENING STAGE SHOWS FROM OUR BALCONY. WE
UNFORTUNATELY COULDNT GET A CAR A ARK SPACE WITHIN THE HOTEL DUE TO THE
HOTEL BEING FULL HOWEVER WE GOT PARKED CLOSE BY , WOULD HAVE NO
HESITATION IN STAYING THERE AGAIN AND I LOOK FORWARD TO OUR NEXT VISIT.

rooms very clean and large great for family of 4. 2 dining rooms put money on room card and
you get discount on drinks its very good any money left you get back.we went full board and
took picnic to beach sometimes instead of going back for lunch.pools very clean and large.

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Bali in late June and were impressed from start to finish. The
hotel itself was fantantic. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful.
The pool was fab and we were only a short distance from the beach. Food was good. We
were unlucky that there was a festival on outside the hotel for a few of the days we were there
which kept us awake late into the night and at 8am each morning due to a band playing and
bangers going off not to mention the fireworks which were directly outside the hotel on the
last night. Could not fault the hotel for this and would definetly return but would choose my
dates carefully.

This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel in the last six years. The service and
facilities have been excellent on every occasion. The most recent visit was as just mother
and young child. Did not feel vulnerable as I may have elsewhere. All staff very friendly and
helpful. Only slight complaint was the live music outside being so loud. Had to keep the
window closed every evening so we could relax. Apart from that excellent.

We have just got back from a 4 day break and this hotel was exactly what we wanted. A really
nice clean hotel, but out of the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. It is about a 40 min walk into
the new town, but there are a few bars and places to eat around the hotel. We spent most of
the holiday sun bathing and going on some really nice walks around the area. The bus is
easy if you don,t wanna walk as well. Food nice for a few days, would get repetitive after a
week. We went and ate out once in La Cala, very nice but expensive price (English price
basically) beautiful beach though, I have to say and I have been all over the world. Gorgeous
and not more then a 5 to 10 min walk.

we arrived at the Bali on 25th April 2010 for 1 weeks holiday and were very impressed. The
hotel and rooms were spotless, the staff friendly and helpful. The food was very good with
plenty of choice. The pool area was great with no problems getting sun beds. We had a
great time and would recommend this fantastic hotel to anyone.

I was nervous about going here as I had read bad reviews before going. We thought the hotel
was nice and the staff were helpful. We was all inclusive and didn't feel like we got treated
any different to the other guests. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size. The food
was good, and even though I am quite fussy when it comes to food, managed to eat more
then enough. The hotel is in a quiet location but that suited us. There are 2 nice beaches in
walking distance of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to any one who is looking for a
nice quiet relaxing holiday.

Excellent hotel in a good location. Staff are very friendly and helpful, there is entertainment on
every night and activities are organised during the day. Great bar just across the road with
nice friendly bar staff. Beach is 5 minutes walk away, supermarket is close by. The only
criticism would be a lack of vegetarian mains at dinner - there is only salad and potatoes and
vegetables to have most nights. Pool area is good with plenty of sun beds and lots of room.
This hotel has something to suit everybody and I would definitely recommend it

Just got back from Benidorm 29th march 2010 stayed at the Bali for 3 nights rooms
great,reception staff friendly,food good,bar staff miserable,cleanliness good. 5 Min's walk to
nearest beach,15 Min's walk into the old town,bus ride into town centre just 1 Euro 25,taxi
10.50 Euro. Bus runs every 10Min's Up to midnight 10.30 sundays.overall we had a brill

just came home yesterday the hotel was well worth the money food was superb panoramic
