This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel in the last six years. The service and
facilities have been excellent on every occasion. The most recent visit was as just mother
and young child. Did not feel vulnerable as I may have elsewhere. All staff very friendly and
helpful. Only slight complaint was the live music outside being so loud. Had to keep the
window closed every evening so we could relax. Apart from that excellent.

We have just got back from a 4 day break and this hotel was exactly what we wanted. A really
nice clean hotel, but out of the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. It is about a 40 min walk into
the new town, but there are a few bars and places to eat around the hotel. We spent most of
the holiday sun bathing and going on some really nice walks around the area. The bus is
easy if you don,t wanna walk as well. Food nice for a few days, would get repetitive after a
week. We went and ate out once in La Cala, very nice but expensive price (English price
basically) beautiful beach though, I have to say and I have been all over the world. Gorgeous
and not more then a 5 to 10 min walk.

we arrived at the Bali on 25th April 2010 for 1 weeks holiday and were very impressed. The
hotel and rooms were spotless, the staff friendly and helpful. The food was very good with
plenty of choice. The pool area was great with no problems getting sun beds. We had a
great time and would recommend this fantastic hotel to anyone.

I was nervous about going here as I had read bad reviews before going. We thought the hotel
was nice and the staff were helpful. We was all inclusive and didn't feel like we got treated
any different to the other guests. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size. The food
was good, and even though I am quite fussy when it comes to food, managed to eat more
then enough. The hotel is in a quiet location but that suited us. There are 2 nice beaches in
walking distance of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to any one who is looking for a
nice quiet relaxing holiday.

Excellent hotel in a good location. Staff are very friendly and helpful, there is entertainment on
every night and activities are organised during the day. Great bar just across the road with
nice friendly bar staff. Beach is 5 minutes walk away, supermarket is close by. The only
criticism would be a lack of vegetarian mains at dinner - there is only salad and potatoes and
vegetables to have most nights. Pool area is good with plenty of sun beds and lots of room.
This hotel has something to suit everybody and I would definitely recommend it

Just got back from Benidorm 29th march 2010 stayed at the Bali for 3 nights rooms
great,reception staff friendly,food good,bar staff miserable,cleanliness good. 5 Min's walk to
nearest beach,15 Min's walk into the old town,bus ride into town centre just 1 Euro 25,taxi
10.50 Euro. Bus runs every 10Min's Up to midnight 10.30 sundays.overall we had a brill

just came home yesterday the hotel was well worth the money food was superb panoramic

This was a Christmas gift from my daughters and have just returned from a lovely weekend
at the Gran Hotel Bali. Was a little concerned and the rubbish food reviews but ignore them!
Couldn't fault the choice and quality of the breakfast and evening buffets. Nice quiet location,
although a little deserted this time of year. Great hotel although disappointing that many of its
facilities, including the observation deck and spa, were closed as it was January. Would have
been nice to have been informed of this beforehand.
