Yes the Dalmatas could do with a lick of paint in the rooms and perhaps a bit of updating..but
perfectly adequate...a bed to sleep in...bathroom to shower etc...nice balcony ( we had a superb
sea view)..yes you coiuld sometimes hear next door running a tap or flushing a toilet...cant you in
most foreign hotels? Lifts..yes could be a wait...thast cause 2 lifts did even number rooms and
the other 2 odd number rooms...however...you could use the opposiote lift and walk down a few
steps to get you floor...no problems! Food was superb...something for everyone and tastes...as a
chef my self..I could not complain. Dont expect hot food as in hot hot like in UK....lets face it. You
are in Spain, they dont Speak English...its not english food...life is different there...if you dont like
it...simple..DONT GO to Spain !!! Good value for money hotel..excellent location...staff

We stayed in this hotel 30.01.10 - 06.02.10, there was myself and my husband, our 14 year old
daughter, 6 year old son and 8month old son. The hotel itself should be rated as a 3 star, as it
does need a bit of an uplift in places, although it was clean, the food was outstanding ( lots of
variety and something different everyday), and the staff are very friendly. We were there for my
nans 80th birthday and on her actual birthday they also provided us with 2 bottle of champagne
on the house. Overall we all had a fab week.

Lovely Hotel. Fantastic food, always fresh and hot. Looked forward and enjoyed every meal time.
Very friendly and polite staff. No trouble with the lifts as mentioned in other reviews. In fact we will
certainly return to this hotel and will recommend it to family and friends. Excellent value for money
and a very enjoyable break.

Food - stayed on half board basis excellent choice of food buffett style and constantly replenished
so plenty always available. accomodation - Good location especially if walking difficulties ( as i
have ) is near to bus routes and to the levente beach and promanade, ramp access available to
hotel, rooms cleaned daily and lifts to all floors ( though these can be a little slow at busy times )
friendly and helpfull staff.Car parking expensive if using hotel car park Entertainment - not so
good but plenty available in near surroundings. have stayed here previously and would do so
again

close to beach, very nice bar staff and entertiament staff always spoke to me and made feel
welcome, there is alot of steps to be climbed so not good if you have mobility probs no good if
you in wheelchair,the pool bar was closed so could not sit at the pool for a cofee are beer,
weather not good as it is december,i probly will return to hotel next year

stayed at this hotel twice before on full board& enjoyed. this time i was looking for a/inc holiday
couldnot beleive our luck when i found they were starting a/i in dec for 1st time they are feeling
there way as you would expect but every thing was very good local drinks were good quality food
was good hotel just been decked out for xmas but the thing that impressed most was they are
determinged to keep up to there 4* status & are not prepaired to let that slip all in all a very
enjoyable 10 days

Hotel location was very good close to beach and a bar across the road. The staff in the hotel
were first class and the food was excellent. All areas of the hotel was very clean. We will be
going back again.
