There are 700 rooms of which 85 are single all with a terrace. Room facilities
include air-conditioning / heating, satellite TV, a full bathroom. Rooms are tastefully
decorated and comfortable. Rooms safes are available for a daily charge as are

Pools and Gardens
Guests can enjoy 2 outdoor pools and 2 whirlpools. Free sun loungers and
parasols provided. A pool bar is open during the Summer and a snack bar also.

Sol Pelicanos Hotel Reviews

We enjoyed our stay in Sol Pelicanos. The room and bathroom was very clean and the linen and
towels were excellent. We only stayed for bed and breakfast and could not complain about it,
plenty of everything. Disappointed with the amount they charge for car parking and having to pay
deposits for such things as remote control for the t.v. and hairdryers etc - this could take a lump
sum out of a young persons budget but we could understand the reasons for it!! We were
disappointed as there were no tea and coffee facilities available especially as we had driven for
about two hours and felt like a drink to relax when we got there and not have to go straight out.

Excellent stay at the Pelicanos. We had read the varying reviews regarding the food being of poor
choice. But they certainly must have taken the critism on board, because the food was
excellent,for example, fresh salmon,roast beef, pork loins, coupled with tuna, grouper, hake, and
your everyday shepherds pie,ghoulash, accompanied with the traditional veg. For dessert far to
many to even contenplate. All i can say is that some people are very hard to please. We are both
in our 60's and didn't have any problems whatsoever. We will certainly be going back. Wall to wall
sunshine for the whole 11 days, super !!

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk from the beach and the strip and loads of bars,
shops and restaurants around. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. The food was really
nice, excellent quality for a 3 star hotel. The pools are absolutely freezing though, would have
been great if they were heated as it was really hot while we were there. Not even the kids in their
wetsuits would go in the pool it was that cold! Check in and out was fast and the staff were
friendly.
