Great location, beautiful hotel with use of Hotel Royale opposite which has much
larger pool. Staff could not help you enough, Vincente the bar man was so friendly
and helpful and could not do enough for you. If returned to Benidorm would not
hesitate to book this hotel, definitely the best around that we saw. Highly
recommend. Sea view room on the 16th floor, fabulous!

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel. The staff are very helpf and
friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food is very good and there is a lot of
choice. The rooms are spacious and well kept and decorated nicely. I would
recommend this hotel and will definitely return. We have already booked for
November.

The hotel was very welcoming the staff where excellent always polite and ready to
help. the facilities are good including free wifi and safe, the breakfast was the usual
fair but of a good standard. Each night dinner was based on a theme including
asian, italian, and a grand buffet on saturday evening. The only negative was that the
pool was quite small and the area could do with more planting to break up the
concrete effect stone, but overall i would stay here again. The staff and food was
excellent.
