CHEF’S SOUP OF THE DAY.
Homemade with local produce.

HOMEMADE SMOOTH CHICKEN LIVER PATE.
Served with warm toast and butter and garnished with salad.

MACKERAL COCKTAIL.
Served on a bed of crispy juicy lettuce and garnished with Marie Rose Sauce,
Tomatoes, Cucumber and Olives.

PAN FRIED GARLIC MUSHROOMS.
Fresh mushrooms sautéed in garlic butter.

BLACK PUDDING.
Served with our unique combination of caramelised bacon and mushrooms.
Flavoured with mango chutney and drizzled with a
mustard juice.

DEEP FRIED CAMEMBERT CHEESE.
These hearty chunks of cheese coated with our own breadcrumb recipe,  and served
with a salad garnish and mouth watering cranberry syrup.

MELON COCKTAIL.
A selection of melon served with fruit coulees.

HOMEMADE SPICY CHICKEN GOUJONS.
Homemade deep fried spicy breaded chicken strips served with a salad garnish and
garlic mayonnaise.

HOMEMADE CAJUN SPICED FISH CAKES.
Two fish cakes served with a chilli dip and a salad garnish.

STEAMED MUSSELS  
Locally produced mussels Steamed and served with Fresh Garlic, White Wine
and a Rich Tomato Sauce.

CHEESE TOPPED GARLIC BREAD.
Served on a bed of crispy lettuce.

CHICKEN SUPREME.
Succulent Chicken Breast prepared with Mushrooms, Garlic, Fresh Cream and
Crispy Bacon.

RUMP STEAK (6oz) raw.
Served with a peppered sauce.

PORK AND APPLE GRATIN.
Strips of Pork pan fried folded into a white wine and apple sauce, then topped with
grill melted cheese.

CHICKEN KORMA OR JALFREZI.
Served with Basmati Rice and Mango Chutney.

LAMB JOINT
New Zealand Lamb oven roasted served with you choice of minted lamb gravy or
rich roast gravy. Or Moroccan style a sauce painstakingly prepared by our chef with
Apricots, Dates Almonds Honey Cumin and Garlic. €1.50 Supplement.

PIGS LIVER AND ONIONS.
Liver cooked in tasty rich gravy infused with red wine and onions.

POACHED SALMON.
Topped with a creamy white wine and chive sauce.

GREEN ASPARAGUS AND MUSHROOM MORNAY.
A succulent blend of Asparagus and Mushrooms mixed with a white wine sauce.
Covered with cheese which has been grill melted.

CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM PENNE PASTA.
Strips of chicken and sliced mushrooms blended into a smooth creamy white garlic
sauce then folded into penne pasta.

SWEET CHILLI PRAWN SPAGHETTI
Norwegian prawns cooked in a rich tomato and garlic sauce.
Infused with sweet chilli and fresh cream.

All mains courses served with a selection of vegetables and your choice of
Jacket Potato, Mash and Sautéed, Homemade Chips or Rice.
Salad and Garlic bread also available to enjoy with your Pasta dish.

6 Belgium chocolates melted into pouring cream accompanied with fruit coulee.

A FRUIT AND ICE CREAM CREPE.
A warmed crepe filled with ice cream and drizzled with fresh fruit.

HOT CHERRIES JUBILEE.
A blend of black cherries kirsch and cream topped with grated chocolate.

LEMON SORBET AND VANILLA SUNDAE.
Layers of lemon sorbet and vanilla ice cream topped with seasonal berries

DUBLIN PEARS.
Halved Pears and served with Whiskey Cream Liquer.

SNICKERS ICE CREAM PIE.
Homemade with chocolate chip base topped with a mix of ice cream,
peanuts and peanut butter and topped with caramel sauce.

HOMEMADE TRIFLE.
A traditional trifle with fruit, sponge, custard and topped with cream.
