In an enviable beach setting one of the few privately owned suite of self catering
apartments directly on the Levante Playa in Benidorm Old Town. Just a hop onto the
sands! Offering very affordable holiday accommodation in a perfect beach location.
Enjoy the fabulous sea and beach plus the terrace cafés, Tapas bars and restaurants
found in the quaint old quarter of Benidorm which is only 50 metres away.
With most apartments having sea views of the Levante beach and all apartments
have a balcony to enjoy the all year round warm climate which makes Benidorm one
of the most popular destinations along the Costa Blanca coast.
Each apartment suite has a living / dining room with an American style
kitchenette, double bedroom and a complete bathroom. There is a sofa bed in each
living room making our apartments very affordable sleeping from one to three guests.
The apartments are equipped with TV entry phone and air conditioning at no
additional cost. Room safes are provided for a small daily charge. There is a lift to all
floors. Guests have their own keys and are permitted to entertain friends should they
wish to do so. Apartments are available by the night, weekly and for longer winter lets
at discounted rates. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

| SOME RECENT GUEST REVIEWS Very satisfied customer 17th October The beach location is in spitting distance For what I paid I was EXTREMELY happy with what I got, for people that have said about no maid service, this is the type of hotel that leaves you in peace BUT ANYTHING you want = ASK they will be MORE than HAPPY to oblige NOTHING is too much trouble ! I had a fantastic time, OK so the hotel is not top rate BUT the location IS & for what I paid I would HIGHLY Recommend It !! For those who expect something for nothing or very little payment don't book, pay more you get more.
