How do I make a last minute reservation for rooms at the Queens?
Please telephone us direct if you are arriving in 72 hours or less.
I sent an enquiry using your booking form but did not get a reply. Why?
Sometimes if customers use a work or Cyber café computer which are part of a network there may be
security in place which prevents the form loading certain types of files and therefore prevents the
information being forwarded to our email system. If this has happened try to email us direct to
info@queensbenidorm.com
How do I find the Queens?
The Queens is in the center of the old town of Benidorm which is between the Levante and Poniente
beaches. Please click here to view a map.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in time is from 1pm on the date of arrival. Check out is 11am on the date of departure.
Do you supply a luggage room for late departures?
Yes you may store your luggage at the Queens if you are leaving for the airport late in the day.
Is air-conditioning provided?
Yes air conditioning is provided free of charge but we do ask that these are not left on when you are not
in your room or when you have the balcony doors open. The Queens operates a policy of being
environmentally friendly we therefore make a charge should air-conditioning be left on when rooms are
vacant. This helps reduce the amount of Co2 emissions caused by tourism. We thank you for your help.
DO I NEED HOLIDAY INSURANCE?
When making your own travel arrangements we strongly recommend that you take out adequate holiday
insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies ~ Sadly it does happen from
time to time, please do not get caught out! It can be very costly if you do not have insurance.
Great value insurance pay online From £8.72 per week, if you are a regular at the Queens you
may also buy annual travel insurance which costs from £21.25

Can I make special requests or request a specific room?
Yes you may make special requests which we will always endeavour to comply with, however we cannot
guarantee this, especially when requesting a specific room at peak season times.
Are televisions provided in every room?
We offer major live sports and soaps in our Beer Barrel bar but do not supply television in our guest
rooms.
Do you have direct dial telephones in guest rooms?
Telephones are not provided in guest rooms, however a public phone is available for guests to use and
we are happy to relay messages should calls be taken at reception.
After I check out can I use a shower room to freshen up before leaving for the airport?
Yes we do supply a complimentary shower room for guests on late departures.
Do all rooms have en-suite facilities?
Yes all 36 rooms have en-suite facilities
Is there a kettle in each room?
Yes a kettle is provided in every room with tea and coffee provided and replenished daily.
Are rooms serviced every day?
Yes a daily maid service is provided towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days to assist our policy of
being environment friendly and reducing the amount of Co2 emissions we produce. Should you wish to
have towels changed more frequently we are happy to do this for a small environment cover charge.
Do you supply irons and an ironing board?
Yes we do supply irons and ironing boards for guests. Please ask at reception if you require this facility.
What kind of entertainment can I expect at the Queens?
The entertainment at the Queens begins every night at 10.45pm and is suitable for an adult audience.
Parents should use their discretion.
What time is breakfast?
Continental breakfast is served between 9.15am and 10.30am for guests on bed and breakfast basis.
Guests on bed and breakfast may for a small charge enjoy a full English breakfast.
Guests on half board may enjoy a full English or light breakfast from 9.15am until midday.
When can I take meals if I am on a half board basis?
You may take you meal at any time the kitchen is open usually from 9am to 11pm. You may have either
the set 9.75 euro menu or any bar snack or take a voucher and dine A´la carte which will entitle you to 8
euro discount from your bill. Continental Breakfast is served between 9.15am and 10.30am for guests
staying on a B&B basis. Full English is served to guests on half board which they may enjoy in the bar
until midday. 80% of guests on bed and breakfast go half board when they check in as the difference is
such good value with dining times to suit you and all meals cooked to order as you like it. Why not book
half board when you reserve your room. You may then arrange your meals at times to suit you.

Can I bring guests to the Queens?
Yes you may bring guests to the public areas at the Queens including the roof top terrace bar which is
open to non-residents.
Do you provide additional beds in rooms?
We are only insured and licensed for a maximum number of guests and are therefore not able to provide
additional beds in rooms.
Do you arrange special occasions for guests?
Yes we can arrange special occasions in our restaurant for birthdays, anniversaries and weddings.
Celebration cakes, flowers and chocolates can be arranged for you on arrival for special occasions with
prior notice.

Where can I book a hire car?
You can book a hire car before arrival by clicking here for the best available rates. It should be noted that
parking is very difficult near the Queens, but you can usually park within a short walk either in charged for
facilities or free along the Poniente beach which is ten minutes walk.
Is there a Bus service from Alicante airport?
Yes there are daily coaches from the airport at just 8 euro each way. The coach stops at the new bus
station which is just a 10€ cab fare to the Queens. Please click here to see coach times and airport info.

How can I book airport transfers / Taxis / Group Transfers to the Queens?
(note transfer companies can only drop of 175 yards from the Queens - Taxis drop off at the door)

We are not able to book transfers for our guests directly. However please visit our transfer page where
you will find airport transfer and taxi information plus express buses times to and from Benidorm. You can
also book online for a coach from £5 or a private taxi from 60 Euro which is good value for up to 4
passengers Groups of 5+ or more can book a private mini bus or people carrier too.
